Case: $4,643 with Hypertension Offer in Peru

One of the teams told us about their success story during the holidays. They earned $4,643 with much of the traffic processed from 31 December to 5 January. That’s because the guys were working while the others were on holiday!

Good day to all! It’s been six years now that I have been looking forward to the holidays in January. This is a great time to replenish your wallet with a decent amount of $ while others are on holiday and the FB bidding system is empty. 

In early December, I checked LeadRock for new interesting offers and came across “Herz & Herz Peru”. Account manager Alexandra assured me that the offer is fresh which was later proven by my experience. Until the end of December, it was hard to launch ads and we only managed to do it closer to 31 December. So, much of the traffic was processed from 12/31/2021 to 01/05/2022, until publishers returned from holiday and traffic prices went up.

Creatives & Ad Text

Generally, we used two approaches, both of which worked well.

They used different ad texts. At that time, FB approved everything, so they didn’t bother much. They only used static creatives since there was no point in videos.

We used two approaches and are working by them to this day:

  • Parked page (Yandex Turbo, Tilda, Google pages)
  • White pages on own domains. We mainly selected white pages about cardiology in Spanish online shops.


Unfortunately, we weren’t able to save screenshots from FB cabinets since accounts were subject to review, and their stats were deleted from overalls. Hereby I attach stats from Keitaro and AP, which is even better I think.

I grouped stats by SUBID to illustrate leads/ earnings per buyer with an option to consolidate it with Keitaro. Each buyer’s stats are labeled.

Anonymity comes first so I papered over the tags so that you won’t be able to find me in spy services. 

As you can see, the CR in the same scheme varies in Keitaro. This is because we used either our domains or parked pages. With parked pages, most of the traffic was lost during redirection to the Black Page. That’s why the CR is higher. The PPL was around $3-3.5. The data was consolidated automatically with the Keitaro PRO Tariff. As soon as most of the publishers started bidding, the price began to swing, so we stopped the traffic flow for some time.


With the “Herz&Herz” offer in Peru, we earned $4,643 with the LeadRock AP. The profit was $1,911, most of which was received from 1 January to 5 January. ROI came out to be 70% long-term.

  1. In the ad, add up to ten assets (pictures or videos), up to five headlines, up to five options of the ad text, up to five options for subheadings, and up to five options for CTA buttons. Also, check the “Optimize Creative for Each Person” box
  1. You should end up with something like this:

All other AC settings: budget, GEO, pixel, etc. are adjusted as usual.


  • Keep in mind that all the elements will be mixed randomly, so they all must work in
  • If you add important information to the body text, you must modify it in all its versions, otherwise, users won’t see it
  • Enter different triggers and lead magnets (express delivery, 50% off, etc.) in headlines and calls to action so you’ll know what makes the best CR with the particular audience
  • You can view the statistics for each element in the “Breakdown” – “By Dynamic Creative” tab: as you collect statistics you will be able to identify the best combinations and discover your scheme.

Facebook’s Tips at the Conclusion

Unfortunately, webmasters do not often study FB guides, but you don’t know what you’re missing. The neuronet offers the following tips on dynamic creos:

  • Use dynamic formats and creatives to show people ads that are more likely to resonate. The audience in different locations will see ads in different formats and with different creatives. Follow our recommendations to create more relevant ads with dynamic creatives.
  • Use dynamic creatives in one ad group only. When you use dynamic formats and creatives, a group of ads can include multiple ads, but only one of them can be created using this feature.
  • Conduct split tests of dynamic formats and creative ads. To find out if dynamic formats and creative ads bring the desired outcome, test them in combination with standard dynamic ads. Compare the overall results and determine the most effective strategy.

Don’t make any changes. It takes up to 15 days for the system to determine combinations that will yield the best results. You might not want to make any changes to your creative or ad text during this time.
